Being Kind to Yourself


If only we could be kind to ourseIves. If only we knew how to cheer ourselves on. Give a hug every now and then. Wouldn’t it be nice to support your own heart the way you take care of others when they’re calling for help. If only we could love ourselves the way our dog greets us when we get home. I know how hard it is to get up out of bed in the morning. But maybe we need to learn to ignore the debate if we are good enough or not. And the truth is, you are made up of your story. So let this be your time to learn to be kind to yourself. You are doing good.
